Our process

1st step - Request a free estimate.`

Request a free estimate on this website by answering some simple questions on our form. Then we will e-mail you a detailed estimate usually within a few days.

We never give out pricing on the phone. We only e-mail our estimates so you can see exactly what is included (and not included) in your estimate. If you don’t know exactly what’s included in your estimate, then a price over the phone is meaningless.

We find that giving you a ballpark estimate for your project before an initial meeting is helpful for both of us. The costs that typically change from the original estimate are normally due to narrow access, lot restrictions, lot slope or a change in the project scope.

2nd Step – Site Visit and Formal Quote and Rendering.

3rd Step – Sign a contract.

4th Step – Plans, Engineering and Permits.

5th Step – Construction.

6th Step - Swim!
